Last week we were proud to announce an expansion of our relationship with ConnX, one of the top real-time communications managed service providers in the world, serving customers in North America and over 120 countries globally.
Following a range of highly successful implementations for physical, digital, and hybrid retailers, we unveiled the full-stack real-time communications offering designed to meet the specific needs of individual retailers. This powerful offering was developed and managed by ConnX, leveraging Kandy’s UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS capabilities.
Kandy is proud to have supported ConnX in the transformation of this massive, national retail communications network. Over 80,000 endpoints were connected across the US and Canada, including physical stores, a contact center, and the retailer's eCommerce platform.
