Reflections on Channel Partner Expo 2021: Together Again!

It’s been an intense and exciting year for us at Kandy as we entered a new stage in our company's journey as part of AVCtechnologies. And yet as dedicated as ever to support our awesome partners and shared customers around the world, and to help them navigate new ways of working, communicating and collaborating.

As pioneers and leaders in the real time cloud communications arena, much has been asked, and much has been given. We’ve learned how creative we could be together when confronted with urgent needs to transform large traditional enterprises into virtual companies overnight during the global pandemic. And we've learned how rewarding it feels to have made a material difference in keeping businesses afloat.

Cloud communications and real time voice, video, and messaging applications have never been better in terms of availability, quality, and ease of deployment. Whether UCaaS, CCaaS or CPaaS or a combination of all three, our partners continue to choose Kandy as their white-label solution, enabling them to go-to-market with their own branded versions. The result - Kandy soluitions are being adopted by their customers in record numbers.

With very large and renowned channel partners, including AT&T (eg AT&T API Marketplace), Etisalat, IBM, ConnX - and many others - we have demonstrated scale and stability, adding value by bringing applications that optimize investments in network infrastructure, including most recently – 5G.

With technology ecosystem partners like Microsoft, we are bringing dramatically better Teams experiences to our channel partners, many of whom hold Microsoft Gold accreditation. Kandy's Direct Routing as a Service for Teams as an important part of our offering.

There was so much to celebrate and reflect upon at the 2021 Channel Partners Conference and Expo - the world’s largest independent channel event - with four days of education and networking in Las Vegas.

According to the organizers, Informa, nearly 6,200 participants attended, with more than 320 exhibitors, including us!

It was great fun to party again, no matter how tired we all were at the end of every dynamic day. The organizer’s Vegas theme was delivered with entertainment from Blue Man Group, the Las Vegas Raiderettes, and the always hilarious Penn & Teller.
