He brings a distinguished track-record for his successful efforts in launching and growing startups, securing growth funding, acquisitions, and sales. Chuck has driven $6.5 BN in enterprise value, successfully completed 20 acquisitions, and produced a 5X average return on equity to company shareholders. Chuck is also a proven leader in successfully managing and supporting wide ranges of customers, from small to mid-sized businesses to large, multinational corporations.
Chuck began his career at iCore Networks, where he helped enable rapid growth and the best customer experience in the industry. With consistent double-digit year-over-year growth, iCore was successfully sold to Vonage in 2015. At Vonage, (NYSE: VG) Chuck held the role of Global Vice President of Customer Success and Operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. He and his team reduced business revenue churn by 40% and achieved over $500 Million in contracted revenue.
Following Vonage, Chuck took the role of President of Financial Services and Operations at Compass, a rapidly growing tech-enabled real estate company. Chuck was instrumental in helping Compass ($6.4 BN) and Vonage ($3.3 BN) achieve multi-billion-dollar valuations.
