Sara Hughes

SVP, Enterprise Customer Experience & Channel Marketing

Sara leads the Kandy Marketing & Customer Success teams responsible for elevating the Kandy brand, channel marketing, training and overall customer experience excellence.

Sara has 30+ years of experience as a customer, service provider and vendor of high tech cloud-based services.  She has extensive leadership experience in marketing, sales, business development, operations, technical support and consulting.  Sara previously worked for GENBAND (now Ribbon Communications), BroadSoft (now Cisco), Tekelec, VocalData, Nortel Networks and GTE Customer Networks (now Verizon).

Sara holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. 

Outside of work, Sara sits on the board of B10 Holdings & Macario Equity Investments helping small cap businesses redefine customer experience, increase customer retention and develop their marketing strategies.
